Harvesting in the French countryside

Maison Vialade owns various collection points throughout France. Our qualified personnel are in charge of the entire process. They determine the exact species of wild mushrooms that are carried, the freshness and aspect, and the final purchase.

In France harvesting mushrooms is regulated according to the regions (limited daily quantities, harvesting permits according to the forests, prohibitions...): as professionals, each and every step of the process is transcribed on a daily basis, stating the name and address of each picker, even the designation of the product and the collected amount.
